Shipping Zones: We currently ship orders across India through reputed courier partners. In regions where courier service is unavailable, we dispatch via Government Registered Parcel.
Shipping Costs: All product prices include GST. Shipping & Delivery charges are calculated separately based on the weight and volume of your package. Raamya reserves the right to adjust or waive Shipping & Delivery Charges depending on the order value.
Delivery Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day or as per the delivery date specified during checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–4 working days, depending on your location and courier service. We deliver throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.
Return Eligibility: Items can be returned only if they are in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact, and if reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process: If you receive a damaged or tampered product, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately at raamya.designs@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID.
Refunds or Exchanges: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount in case of product return.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note: If you choose to return a product, the shipping charge for the return will be borne by the customer.
