At Raamya, we want every shopping experience to be smooth, satisfying, and filled with confidence. Every product goes through quality checks before shipping, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with easy return and exchange options under certain conditions.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Exchange
We offer product replacements of the same style — meaning you can exchange your item for the same design in a different size.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges across styles or categories, but we’re working towards introducing that soon.
Your purchase will be eligible for exchange if it meets any of the following conditions:

You received an incorrect product or size, different from what was confirmed in your order.

The delivered product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect (please share a photo of the defect immediately upon opening).

The size or fit doesn’t feel right after receiving the product.

The product must be unused, with all brand tags and original packaging intact, to pass the warehouse quality check.
How to Exchange Your Purchase
If your order qualifies for exchange, please reach out within 2 days of delivery with the following details:

You can log into your www.raamya.co.in account, visit Order History, select the product, and click on Exchange.
Delivery of Exchanged Item
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your replacement will be dispatched promptly.
We recommend returning the product in the exact condition it was received — unused, with brand tags and packaging intact — to ensure a smooth exchange process.
RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes, a product may not be the perfect fit or you may simply change your mind — and that’s okay!
You can return your purchase under the following guidelines.
Eligibility for Return

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

The return request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Please note: The return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Raamya will not arrange a reverse pickup at this stage.

You can log in to www.raamya.co.in , go to Order History, select the item, and click on Return.
Refund of Returned Items
Once the product reaches our warehouse, a quality check will be done to verify:

The product condition is unchanged

The same item that was shipped has been returned
After a successful quality check, we’ll initiate a refund of the product amount (excluding shipping fees, if any).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In rare cases, Raamya may be unable to process an order due to factors beyond control — such as limited product availability, incorrect pricing, or system verification flags.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
If payment has already been processed (via credit/debit card, UPI, or other methods), the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 15 working days.
Any vouchers or credits used for the order will also be reactivated for future use.
