To guarantee safe and timely delivery, Raamya partners with trusted courier services across India. In certain areas where courier service is limited, we may choose Government Registered Parcel for smooth delivery. Each order is securely packed using premium materials to maintain product quality during transit.
Shipping Charges
All prices displayed on our website include GST. Shipping charges are calculated separately based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel. Raamya reserves the right to adjust or waive shipping fees depending on your order value or promotional offers. Currently, shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,500.
Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared and dispatched at the earliest possible time. You will receive tracking details through email or SMS once the shipment is on its way. Delivery times may differ based on your location.
Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please refuse to accept it and hand it back to the delivery personnel. Immediately contact our customer care team at raamya.designs@gmail.com with your Order ID and relevant details. Kindly ensure the original tags and packaging remain intact for a smooth resolution.
